Beginner Plus Salsa & Latin

This new and requested class has it all. Kieran will guide you step by step through the magic of street salsa together with Bronze level latin moves. Its fun, and good exercise.This is the class if want to learn LATIN!
Intermediate Latin Class

If you know the basic moves well here's your chance to learn some more in a relaxed and friendly class.

An introduction to Hiphop dance with:
- attitudes,
- simple and original techniques,
- bodily expression,
- downbeats,
- Hiphop rhythm.
Theory, exercises and choreographies focus on musicality, logic of movement, and bodily coordination.

Beginners learn basic skills for fun, fitness and exercise!
